When do the episodes come out?

New episodes are released weekly each Tuesday. Episodes follow a four-week pattern: a discussion by host Scott Snibbe on a topic followed by a meditation on the same topic, followed by an interview and then a meditation on the interview topic. Episodes range from 15-60 minutes.

Can I read an episode?

Yes, episode transcripts are available on each episode webpage, and sometimes include additional links, pictures, or videos.
